Job Description
·
The Bookkeeper has responsibility to provide analysis of monthly financials (budget vs actual) as requested by Board or Owners.
·
The Bookkeeper is responsible to balance monthly statements and work with the CPA to close out year with all accounts balanced.
·
Keep accurate financial records of the COA according to Florida Statute 718, including Association Declaration, By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation and Association Rules.
Knowledgeable in Statute 718 and be able to cite source when requested by owners and board members.
·
Assist CAM and Treasurer with annual budget preparation.
You are a representative of the Commodore Owner's Association (COA) - Conduct all work and personal interactions in a positive, constructive, professional and diplomatic manner.
