Job Description A leading California law firm is seeking an experienced employment law attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their growing Employment Law team. The ideal applicant will have experience counseling clients and litigating wage and hour cases, class action cases, employment discrimination and wrongful termination matters in California state and federal courts. Applicant must have experience with preparing responsive pleadings, engaging in motion practice, responding to discovery as well as counseling clients on employment law. The successful candidate will possess a strong academic background, a proven track record of strong performance and measurable results with exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
