Eligible for one of the following sign-on/retention bonus:$15,000.00-3 year commitment $20,000.00-4 year commitment $25,000.00-5 year commitment Eligible for up to $5,000.00 relocation of over 50 miles/3 year commitment Job Summary:LPN - Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, provides direct resident care, evaluates outcomes, completes reports and documents activities and resident response to care. RN - Under direction of the Director of Nursing, supervises and ensures the continuity of resident care performed on all shifts. Is a member of the health care team. Administers medications and treatments as ordered and supervises the performance of the Certified Nursing Assistants. Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care. Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s personal characteristics. Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited LPN or RN Program.One year experience as a LPN or RN preferred.NM LPN or RN License.Current BLS Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain current BLS Certification.
