Short-Term Assignment (Temporary Employees):Job Description: These are 13-week temporary assignments in a single unit (Med-Surg, L&D, ED, or ICU) at one location.Requirements:Current licensure in Connecticut (CT), and potentially New York (NY).At least 2 years of experience in the assigned specialty (Med-Surg, L&D, ED, or ICU).Appropriate certifications for the specific specialty.Employment Type: Temporary, assignment duration is 13 weeks. Per Diem Float Pool:Job Description: This is a permanent position that requires floating across multiple hospitals in the region, working in your specialty (Med-Surg, L&D, ED, or ICU).Requirements:Current licensure in CT and potentially NY.Minimum 2 years of experience in the assigned specialty.Relevant certifications for each specialty.Employment Type: Permanent, but not eligible for benefits. Both positions require the same licensure, experience, and certifications, but the short-term assignment is limited to a specific unit for 13 weeks, while the float pool role involves working across multiple facilities with greater flexibility but no benefits.
