Join a growing team of successful, happy caregivers and see why Complete Care at Lakeview is your dream job.Benefits Business Office Manager (BOM):Competitive Wages and Benefits PackageFlexible SchedulePaid Time OffOvertime PayQualifications Business Office Manager (BOM):High school diplomaBOM Experience preferredMotivated applicants only Essential Functions Business Office Manager (BOM):Record cash receipts in the proper account.Maintain necessary billing and financial information in resident files.Maintain resident trust accounts and balances monthly.Work efficiently, and communicate with corporate billersCoordinate all collection efforts in collaboration with the nursing home Administrator.Maintain accurate records of incoming payments with addresses, telephone numbers, etc.; explain bills to residents as necessary and maintain appropriate back-up records.Maintain system for recording accounts receivables.Knowledge of reimbursement system, allowable services and documentation required to ensure accurate billing.Maintain confidentiality of all information.Maintains effective communication with residents, families, facility staff and business office staff members.Work with residents to qualify for MedicaidComplete Care at Lakeview is an equal opportunity employer.
