Being familiar with Supportive Living is preferred but would consider alternative experiences
Taking on call, scheduling of CNAs and Nurses is preferred but not required
Familiar with SLF assessment process and regulations highly recommended
Total of 99 apartments, community stays fully occupied with a long waiting list
Located in Bloomington/Normal area
