Incentives: Up to$20,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit

Schedule: Full-Time,Monday-Friday

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $100,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager . In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.Whether you are already an experienced leader or looking to move into leadership in 2024, we want to speak with you. Responsibilities
n

Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
n n- n
Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
n n- n
Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
n n- n
Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
n n- n
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
n n- n
Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
n n
