Work Schedule:

  • Shifts and hours may vary based on the facility and location; flexibility will be accommodated

Minimum Requirements:

  • Deliver compassionate therapy services in a skilled nursing or sub-acute facility
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Collaborate effectively with other rehabilitation professionals and nursing staff
  • Possess a valid Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or be eligible to obtain one in your state
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation
  • Attention to detail and timely documentation is crucial
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential
