They document patient care and educate and inform patients and referring providers on theoutlined plan of care. The Physical Therapist plays a critical role in helping patients recover from physicalinjuries or conditions and improving their quality of life.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnDevelops and implements rehabilitation programs for patients in accordance with physician's plan oftreatment.nnCollaborates with physicians and clinical team to obtain patient information and revise treatmentplans as necessary.nnInstructs and assists patients in non-manual exercises, and administers manual therapeutic exercises.nnMaintains daily progress notes andfollows Company documentation procedures.nnProvides feedback and education to patients on their progress and treatment plan.nnQualifications & RequirementsnnEducationnnGraduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
