As an Enhance Rehabilitation physical therapist assistant, working under the guidance of a physical therapist, you will be a part of growing team. In this role, you’ll assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Physical Therapists.nnEnsure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.nnWith assistance of physical therapist, develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.nnAssist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques.nnDiscuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.nnProvide continuous communication with Physical Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.nnOperate and apply knowledge of standard physical therapy equipment.
