Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA 

We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Le Sueur, Minnesota . This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or experienced PTAs looking for a flexible role. Fees are negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treatment Implementation : Deliver treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Documentation : Accurately document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Care Coordination : Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Department Support : Assist with daily operations of the therapy department, including equipment and supply management.
  • Program Development : Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care programs.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure : Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensure in Minnesota.
