Upon receipt of the physicians' orders, the Physical Therapist will be responsible for the interpretation and implementation of service and programs concerning physical therapy. The physical therapist will, on a regular basis, review and evaluate all patients/residents, be responsible for all documentation of patients/residents' care plans.
