In this role you will be a part of our delivery service neonatal team, managing critically ill and premature infants in the NICU with complex health issues including resuscitation, assessment, diagnosis, medication management, ventilation management, treatment, and timely documentation. You will also attend high risk deliveries and participate in daily rounding with the interdisciplinary medical team.nnThis position includes up to $7,500 in relocation assistance and up to $12,000 in student loan assistance when applicablennIt’s anticipated your first 1-2 years of practice will be on campus of Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah (a level III NICU). Once fully oriented, you may also provide care in our special care nursery and well newborn units in nearby facilities around the Salt Lake Valley (inclusive of LDS Hospital, Riverton Hospital, and Alta View Hospital).nnIt is unlikely that you will support pre-op or immediately post-operative patients in this role, as surgical needs are currently referred to our Primary Children’s Hospital team.nnFull time schedule includes 3 12-hour shifts per week, with additional 4 hours allotted for training, meetings, documentation, etc.nnBase salary is dependent on your years of APP experience, currently ranging from $125.5K – 194K for full time work annually.nnAs we are a 24/7 service, you will work a mix of day and night shifts.
