Applicants' education/experience will be considered and the position may be filled at a lower or higher level, as appropriate.nnPhysical TherapistnnMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:nnEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEnnMaster's degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy or Doctoral from an accredited program.nnZero (0) years' related experience.nnLICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONSnnTexas PT licensure through the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (TBPTE).nnMaintain active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (Approved by American Heart Association).nnJOB DESCRIPTION:nnDirects the evaluation, development, coordination and implementation of physical therapy intervention provided to patients. Provides physical therapy services under the guidelines set by the Practice Act and Rules of the Texas Board of Physical Therapy. Serves as a patient advocate assuring the delivery of physical therapy meets legal, ethical and institutional standards, while adhering to the philosophy, objectives, guidelines, policies and procedures of the department and the organization.nnSenior Physical TherapistnnMinimum Qualifications:nnMaster's degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy or Doctoral from an accredited program.nnLicensed or eligible for license in the State of Texas.nnFive years’ related experience.nnJOB DESCRIPTIONnnDirects the evaluation, development, coordination, and implementation of physical therapy intervention provided to patients.
