POSITION SUMMARY
n
Provides patient care and patient related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist and in accordance with established medical practices, governmental requirements and Company policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
n

n- Ensures that all residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect, and their rights are protected at all times.
n- Respects and upholds all residents' personal and property rights whenever carrying out duties, including knocking before entering a resident's room.
n- Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
n- Treat patients as directed by licensed therapist.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
n
n- Graduate of an accredited Assistant Program
n- Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Physical or Occupational Therapy Assistants
n- High school diploma or equivalent required.

n- Must have current registration/licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant
