PSG/CIP is a community-based social services organization offering mental health and community programming throughout eastern Wisconsin. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team! We are looking for a part-time, possibly leading to full-time, Occupational Therapist. This position provides assessment and therapy for children and adults with a mental health diagnosis.
Our ideal candidate would have experience working with sensory integration needs as the result of complex trauma, along with other proprioceptive and daily living challenges. However, if you do not have this experience, various trainings and continuing education opportunities to become more familiar in these areas are provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST:
- Complete developmental screenings and evaluations of clients, primarily related to sensory processing and other trauma-related needs.
- Establish a plan of care and implement individual treatment.
- Collaborate with members of the client's treatment team, including individual therapists, skills workers, and case managers
HOURS AND LOCATION : The hours of work for this position are flexible. Evening hours are required for this position as many clients request after-school/work appointments.

REQUIREMENTS :
- Must possess a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (license is preferred but not required).
- Must have reliable transportation daily, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
