Work Environment:
- Hours and shift days may vary based on location and facility, with flexibility available
Minimum Requirements:
- Deliver compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Collaborate effectively with rehab therapists and nursing staff
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license or license eligibility in the state of employment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation
- Strong attention to detail and punctuality in documentation
- Team-oriented and flexible with hours
