State licensure must be obtained within 90 days of employment.nnCPR certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.nnMust maintain all certifications and licensure according to expiration dates.nnAmerican Physical Therapy Association (APTA) membership is preferred.nnAdditional Requirements:nnValid driver’s license required if assigned to drive a company vehicle. If driving a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required along with a valid driver’s license.nnAbility to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds, and push up to 300 pounds.nnWillingness to work at various locations as assigned.
