Perform radiography of patients in all assigned areas; maintain accountability for timely and proper service to patients during unsupervised shifts; provide on-call coverage for the Diagnostic Section of Radiology; provide excellent patient servicenGeneral Maintenance. Clean, restock and prepare rooms on a daily basisnDocumentation. Ensure concise, and complete documentation of patient exams and related procedures, utilizing the RIS/PACS and in-patient charts as necessarynnDesired Attributes:n• BLS Certification preferred.nMinimum Qualifications:n• 2 years college certificate or equivalentn• Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.nRequired Licensure/Certification Skills:n• NYS license in Radiologic Technology required OR must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of hire.n• If licensed after 2007 must obtain American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT) within 1 year of hire.nRochester General Health System is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.
