Pay: $70.00-$85.00

With a Pay Range of $70.00 - $85.00 Per Visit, you could make:
n
n- Full-Time: 25-40 visits a week = $91,000 to $145,600 annually
n- Part-Time: 10-24 visits a week= $37,000 to $83,000 annually

Role Overview:
n
We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist with experience in pediatrics to join our team! In this role, you will assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans to improve their daily living skills. You will provide therapy and document progress to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
n
n- Develops skilled and high-quality care plans that meet the needs of the patient and family by performing evaluations and interpreting assessment results; creating and implementing occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
n- Assists pediatric and young adult patients in the areas of physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, Activities of daily living, and development that improves their level of independence.
n- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
n- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
n- Excellent attention to detail and above-average organizational skills.
n- Excellent documentation skills with good understanding of basic home health agency regulations and requirements.
n- Solid grasp on electronic medical record documenting.

Qualifications:

n- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas
n- Experience in home health or a related field
n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
n- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
n- Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse client needs
