JOB REQUIREMENTS: Occupational Therapy Hand and Upper Extremity Fellow - 35809 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100 % FTE, 40 hours/week. 8 or 10 -hour day shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM . Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department. Be part of something remarkable Help patients live their lives to the fullest. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist - Hand/Upper Extremity to: * Provide treatment for hand and upper extremity patients of all ages and guide them through individualized rehabilitation programs. * Efficiently communicate with physician referral sources and other UW Health departments for care coordination and collaboration. * Work in collaboration with UW Health wellness staff to consider long term healthy living strategies beyond occupational therapy care. * Work within a large, dynamic rehab team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.
