As a Per Diem CT Imaging Technologist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care by conducting various computer-assisted scanning procedures at a high technical level. Your expertise will support patients, providers, and other health care professionals throughout the scanning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of routine diagnostic and CT procedures, including both contrast and non-contrast exams.
  • Assist in moving, transferring, and preparing patients for examinations.
  • Administer, monitor, document, and manage intravenous (I.V.) contrast as required.
  • Operate, use, and maintain CT scanning equipment effectively.
  • Keep accurate department records, reports, and files organized.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area.
  • Participate in required meetings and engage in committee work as assigned.
  • Engage in staff development and continuing education activities.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT certification in Radiology and CT.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in CT scanning.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
