Variable shift, 8am-4:30pm or 10:30am-7pm, Monday - Friday. This opportunity is eligible for health benefits. This part time caregiver floats throughout the East/South Region.nnA caregiver who excels in this role, will:nnEvaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.nnPerform initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.nnEstablish, revise and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires.nnPerform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the patient.nnSupervise activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.nnMinimum qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:nnBachelor's Degree or certificate required.nnMust be a graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.nnCurrent State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).nnCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.nnPreferred qualifications for the ideal caregiver include:nnExperience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.nnOpen to new grads!nnOur caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
