Job Description
  • Work Dates Needed: Immediate Full-time Approx 4 months w/potential of extending
  • Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) 1:5 nights/weekends call/rounding Estimated 10 shifts per month
  • Work Setting: Hospital
  • Scope of Work: Rotate responsibilities amongst 4 other physicians Inpatient consults, reading panels, stress tests, inpatient rounding, office AM census levels (approx. 8-10 patients per provider) Call is in-house No procedures Solo work Avg admissions while on call: 1 patient per provider Facility is a full service acute hospital, Level III Trauma Center; Including diagnostics, behavior health center, sleep center, wound treatment center w/ 2 hyperbaric chambers
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: OH license ( Must have) Active IMLC DEA w/OH address Board certified ACLS BLS Covid-19 vaccination card Diploma Internship/Residency Certificate TB Test (within last 12 months) Flu vaccination card (within last 12 months) Procedure logs (past 24 months showing inpatient encounters) 3 peer references (within the past 12 months) CAQH COI for all affiliations Min 1 year experience
