We're searching for friendly and reliable drivers to deliver hot, delicious pizzas to our customers. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring each delivery is prompt and leaves a positive impression.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n- Delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and safe manner
n- Providing friendly and courteous customer service
n- Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle as well as store level
n- Following all traffic laws and safety procedures
n- Accepting payment and processing transactions accurately
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for minimum of one year
n- Reliable personal vehicle with insurance
n- Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area
n- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
n- A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
n
n

Compensation:
n
Drivers average $20 - $25hr or $40k - $50K a year:
n
n- Drivers are now paid $10 an hour
n- Drivers average $4.00 per delivery in tips
n- Drivers average 3 deliveries per hour
n- Hourly tips avg. = $12.00hr
n- Hourly tips of $12.00 + $10hr pay = $22.00hr
n- $22.00hr x 40hr a week = $880 a week
n- 50 weeks a year (took 2 weeks off for vacation) = $44,000
n

n- Must make Perfect Pizzas every time by adhering to a strict adherence to Domino's pizza-making standards and procedures.
n- Must maintain 100% Image at all times to maintain a clean and professional appearance, while adhering to the Domino's dress code, and representing the brand positively.
n- Must work with Hustle and Energy we have a need for a fast-paced and efficient work style.
n- Must be friendly and have a smile with all customers, the importance of excellent customer service and a positive attitude are the foundation of our business.

n- Driver's License (USA) of at least 1 Year (Not including permit)
n- Clean driving record – no more than 3 violations in 2 years
n- Able to pass a standard Background Check
