Hutch's is hiring an individual to lead bread production for 2 fine dining restaurants in the Buffalo area. Candidate must have experience with European style breads including but not limited to: Baguette, Ciabatta, Focaccia
Individual must be hard working, organized and be an excellent communicator
Experience in planning and adjusting production in advance is a necessary skill
