About Third Falcon
Third Falcon is a new restaurant concept arriving in Fort Greene, Brooklyn this Fall. We were born from a background in fine dining and a particular love and appreciation for the culinary traditions and philosophy of French cooking, eating, and drinking. Think dinner at your French grandmother’s farmhouse on the Northern Coast. We’re coming in hot with some really special ingredients, honestly prepared to make beautiful, satisfying french cuisine... And in the French philosophy we want to drink great wine and have good fun doing it. Come and join our team if you are passionate about creating a vibrant and unique atmosphere and want to be part of the founding team to launch Third Falcon!
We are looking for people who throughly enjoy creating a memorable experience for every guest that walks in. Every guest should feel welcomed, shown kindness and given intentional hospitality during their visit.
What we expect from our Captains is a sense of ownership when it comes to the wine and food menu. As the main point of contact for our guests, we expect you to guide them in a thoughtful and engaging manner.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Ideally 2 years of experience in a fine dining or wine focused dining
- Commitment to service quality, excellence, and sincere hospitality
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to self-manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a timely manner
- Proven verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, tackle flights of stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
