Make It With Pride.nnThis individual may interface with multiple levels of Supply Chain that include BD, EM Ops, Product Supply, Engineering, CS&L, and Finance. This role also has responsibility in the Confections category, to support execution of projects at our External Manufacturers & Repackers to drive the category growth. This individual will partner with peers in BD, Commercialization, Engineering, Quality, E2E Planning and R&D, in addition to the External Manufacturer as part of the project executional team to ensure each initiative’s objectives are delivered on time and in full.nnHow you will contributennYou will:nn· Analyze and derive value from data through the application methods such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, machine learning and data visualization.nn· Understand business challenges, create valuable actionable insights about the data, and communicate your findings to the business. After that you will work with stakeholders to determine how to use business data for business solutions/insights.nn· Enable data-driven decision making by creating custom models or prototypes from trends or patterns discerned and by underscoring implications. Coordinate with other technical/functional teams to implement models and monitor results.nn· Evaluate the need for analytics, assess the problems to be solved and what internal or external data sources to use or acquire. Specify and apply appropriate mathematical, statistical, predictive modelling or machine-learning techniques to analyze data, generate insights, create value and support decision making.nn· Contribute to exploration and experimentation in data visualization and you will manage reviews of the benefits and value of analytics techniques and tools and recommend improvementsnn· EM partnering, establishing roles and responsibilities with the EM, aligning expectations on project execution, issue resolution, delivery of project commitments (quality, service, cost, expenses) and sustained performance.nn· Provide leadership to the BD & E2E organization on the EM network strategy as it relates to the business team’s commercialization plans. Represent EM as “one point of contact” for brand strategies and project implementation within the EM network.nnWhat you will bringnnA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:nn· Strong quantitative skillset with experience in data analyticsnn· Ability to draw conclusions and make recommendation based on analysis of datann· A natural inclination toward solving complex problemsnn· Ability to build and maintain strong working relationshipsnn· Good communication skills to promote cross-team collaborationnn· Experience/knowledge in statistics and data mining techniques including random forest, GLM/regression, social network analysis, text mining, etc. Ability to use data visualization tools to showcase data for stakeholdersnnMore about this rolennEducation / Certifications:nnBachelor’s Degree in data, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.nnJob specific requirements:nn· 2 years of experience in Data analytics applied to business solutions/insights. 2-4 years commercialization or manufacturing experience, Problem Solving, Teamwork capable and heavy workload management.nn· S ystems knowledge: Full Microsoft Suite Capabilities, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.nnTravel requirements:nn30-40%nnWork schedule:nnFrom Monday to Friday, flexibility between in office, on-site, and remotennSalarynnFor salaried roles based: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $103,200 and $141,900 ; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
