Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care that respects individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans for clients
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients and fellow caregivers
• Monitor and evaluate client responses to treatment interventions
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and community care standards
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited professional nursing program
• Valid, unrestricted LPN license in the state(s) of practice
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Current CPR certification and TB test are required

Standard Rate: $28.00 - $30.50 Hourly
