We also offer a broad range of outstanding benefits including a sabbatical program, tuition assistance and flexible work arrangements.nnJob Description:nnThe Payroll Processing Coordinator is a member of the team that ensures all staff and company-owned restaurant employees are paid in an accurate and timely manner.nnResponsibilitiesnnPayroll: Review exceptions for all pay cycles. Process transactions received from our staff and store management such as new hires, terminations, salary changes, special checks. Assist our staff with inquires related to employee & manager self-service portal. Research and process transactions as needed.nnCollaboration/Communication: Support our team, Operations and Human Resources to ensure all stores have properly transmitted payroll data. Interact daily with various stakeholders and Employee Service Center representatives. Support Human Resources, Operations teams and employees on all Payroll related inquiries.nnTeamwork: Exhibit proficiency in learning quickly and communicating effectively with the team. Work with team to ensure that all daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines are met.nnCustomer Service: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to assist our crew, management and staff when they contact the Payroll teamnnAd Hoc projects as needednnOccasional Overtime may be requirednnBenefits eligible: YesnnBonus eligible: YesnnThe expected salary range for this role is $26.59 - $31.91/ per hournnThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors.nnQualifications:nnBasic QualificationsnnHigh school diploma or equivalent requirednn1.5+ years of experience processing and/or calculating payroll and other compensation transactions (e.g. reimbursements) and analyzing financial datannPreferred QualificationsnnBachelor’s degree or Payroll Certification a plusnnOracle HCM experiencennStrong problem solving, analytical and customer service skillsnnCapability to work both individually and cooperatively as a team membernnProven ability to adapt and leverage resources to achieve results in an ambiguous and fast-paced environmentnnProficiency in managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlinesnnContinuous Improvement mind set* Excellent oral and written communication skillsnnAdvanced attention to details and accuracynnAptitude towards technology and applicationsnnAdditional Information:nnBenefits eligible: This position offers health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) plan, adoption assistance program, educational assistance program, flexible ways of working, and time off policies (including sick leave, parental leave, and vacation/PTO).
