Overview:nnAerotek has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Associate at the corporate office in Hanover, MD.nnCompensationnnHourly - $21. 87 (annualized at $45,502)nnBonus - up to $1,000 per quarternnJob Summary:nnResponsible for the timely and accurate payment of invoices, PCard transactions, and expense reports. The payments processed will be audited and held accountable to the company spending policies by the associate. All spending and invoicing questions will be directed to the Accounts Payable Associate and should be answered timely. A qualified candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be action oriented.nnEssential Functions:nn· Audit and process vendor invoices for paymentnn· Monitor and verify adherence to company spending policiesnn· Make proper determination and application of expenses to appropriate G/L accountsnn· Provide customer service support to vendors regarding payment inquiriesnn· Research past due invoice balances and reconcile issues with approvernn· Respond to field/corporate office inquiries regarding invoice payment and spending issuesnn· Interact with operating company management regarding office spendingnn· Scan processed invoices on a weekly basisnn· Process internal expense reportsnn· Ad-hoc requests and stretch assignments as needednnMinimum Education/Abilities/Skills:nn· AA degree or 3 yr. related business experiencenn· Excellent organizational and analytical skillsnn· Detail orientednn· Solid customer service skillsnn· Be able to handle multiple tasks concurrentlynn· Must be flexible and have the ability to work independentlynn· Working knowledge of MS Office products (excel & word)nn· Minimum 10-key speed and level of accuracynn· PeopleSoft experience a plusnn· Proficiency in Excel a plusnnPer Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $45,502 - $55,779 + bonus potential of $4,000nnBenefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
