A client of ours is needing an accounting assistant on a temp to hire (if a good fit) basis. This position is full-time but can be very flexible if you need that! Here's what your day will look like:
- Answering phones and taking messages for internal staff
- Processing Bank Reconciliations and Statements
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Breaking down invoices for job costing
- Pulling files for audit purposes
- Misc. duties the Office Manager needs assistance with

Requirements: Experience Required:
- Previous office experience is required
- Above average computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Programs (particularly Outlook and Excel) - will require testing for these programs
- Very good communication skills - ability to take good messages and communicate with the staff
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that can be stressful at times
