This position is located in Cary, NC with 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home schedule.nnThe individual will determine which application within the current/future business application portfolio best supports the requirements and processes within Order-to-Cash/Sales & Marketing areas. They are agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure top-notch customer experiences, always. They will understand business processes, process/analysis management and their related IT requirements. They will drive the definition, optimization, improvement and approved changes to new and existing business processes.nnResponsibilities:nnDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of business process and procedures to effectively identify and implement IT solutions.nnActively engage key business partners to identify/validate opportunities, ensure alignment with business strategies and define functional area roadmap.nnTranslate business needs into effective SAP SD solutions, focusing on Order-to-Cash, intercompany sales, Customer master, Pricing, Output management, Shipping, Billing and Returns.nnLead, design, develop and implement global Sales, Pricing, Billing, Shipping and Returns solutions.nnDefine project requirement by identifying project schedule, milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establish and manage project budgets.nnActively participate in Project Reviews, hold scheduled meetings with business partners, provide updates to leadership on project and work status.nnDeep understanding of SAP SD integration with MM-WM-PP-FICOnnWork with Division IT, Group IT, COE and other Corporate IT teams (DevOps, enterprise architecture, middleware, security, etc.) to translate business requirements into functional/technical specs.nnDevelop, document, communicate, and validate business and technical requirements. Ensure all are met during the project delivery process.nnOversee user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met.nnCreate, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy.nnFollow and help improve all IT standards and processes (Change Management, Segregation of Duties, Documentation Standards, etc.).nnCreate operational documentation and KPI metrics. Perform system, interface and batch monitoring.nnLead or participate on High Performance Teams as applicable.nnThis role will own the creation, management, revision control and training documentation for all Supply Chain Sourcing Business Process Design.nnPlan, manage and implement projects in the busienss systems and ERP space. Sales and Distribution.nnCollaborate with users and peers to provide functional and technical support.nnProvide SAP configuration and integration expertise in the SD functional area.nnProvide day to day support for SAP and integrated business systems.nnIdentify and develop knowledge of new and emerging solutions, assessing their relevance and potential value to the organization.nnContinuously improve professional business and technical skills through practice, training and participation in User Groups and education.nnResolve complex user reported issues in a timely manner.nnConduct knowledge transfer and training to business users and IT team, including sharing best practices.nnThe successful candidate must be able to work independently.nnRequired Qualifications:nnBachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.nn10+ years of IT business analysis experience combining work within Order-to Cash/Sales & Marketing areas.nn5+ years SAP experience combining work within a business function (Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics) with business analysis and configuration required.nnAny licenses or certification required by the position: SAP, S4, SD, HANA, C4, S/4HANA, CBAP, PMP, B.E., ECCnnExperience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.nnPrior experience demonstrating ability to analyze and support business requirements.nnA thorough understanding of SAP application and SAP SD configuration.nnExperience working with and supporting systems like Precision, Oracle Engagement Cloud and SalesForce.nnA functional/technical professional with a thorough understanding of Sales business processes.nnCapability to lead project teams and manage systems development lifecycle.nnKnowledge of integration with other SAP modules.nnProven capability to influence business teams.nnMust be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.nnPreferred Qualifications:nnPrior experience working in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Control Environment.nnStrong Project Management skills utilizing Agile Methodologies.nnPrevious involvement in the deployment or optimization of an SAP environment.nnLogistics, Customer Service, Business Analytics or Quality background is a plus.nnHands on experience developing BI and Analytics or Quality background is a plus.nnHands on experience developing BI and Analytics with Power BI, SAP BW or similar tools.nnExperience working with or developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA).nnPrevious experience supporting SAP environment with strong SD background.nnPrevious position in Manufacturing (Discrete & Process Industries) a plus.nnExperience working in projects where multiple functions work in a matrix structure.nnExperience working in a global manufacturing organization with complex business practices.nnParker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies.
