The position focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, and project participants. May or may not have direct reports. The role spends significant time on project management responsibilities.nnEssential Job Functions:nnCreates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsnnIdentifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilitiesnnManages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including managing the change control processnnSets and manages client expectationsnnReviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to customernnUnderstands how and when to make a choice; how and when to escalate issues to higher levels. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
