The company is seeking a skilled Security DevOps Technical Operations Lead to oversee a team of developers, engineers, administrators, and specialists for a high-profile Intelligence Community project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and securing the customer's intelligence discovery website and application suite across multiple networks and domains. The role involves enhancing the CI/CD pipeline, automating infrastructure management, database administration, and scripting for automation. The position requires strong leadership in information security, software development, IT support, automation, and maintaining government authority to operate for critical defense platforms. This is a key personnel role with anticipated upcoming contract award.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring a diverse team in ensuring system availability, reliability, and security
• Enhancing application efficiency, capability, and interoperability through various technical aspects
• Providing full operational and user support to maintain system availability and reliability
• Implementing and maintaining security measures in line with government regulations
• Participating in Agile release planning, meetings, and collaboration with government leads and stakeholders

What does the company need from you?

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with an ability to obtain a Polygraph
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10 plus years of relevant experience
• Experience with front-end and back-end technologies, database maintenance, and overseeing operational environments
• Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks

Favorable if you have:

• Experience leading O&M on critical classified systems
• Experience managing a technical team through a government ATO process
