Roles and Responsibilities:
Want to find someone with experience with HR, and Customer Service especially someone who enjoys taking calls and responding to tickets. We like for them to know or be familiar with Workday. Even better if they have Zendesk (ticketing system) and/or Five9 (phone system) knowledge.
*Additional notes**
- mostly remote but have the option to go to the office if necessary (power out or internet out at home). Need to be local to Memphis
- 3 month assignment to start and may be extended. No perm position at this point.
- shift is 9am-6pm CST but may work 8am-5pm sometimes depending on how busy they are.
- need someone very well versed in customer service, someone who enjoys taking calls and a quick learner so we can get the person up to speed and ready for the end of this month and February when the W2 calls start coming in.
- Would like to them to have solid experience in Workday. TMX phone system is called Five9, and it is like most phone systems out there. It integrates with Zendesk which is our ticketing system. If anyone has any of that in their background and has worked in the field of HR that would be outstanding
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• 0-2 years customer service related experience required.
