Contract
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide desktop and laptop troubleshooting, application support, and asset management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with system configurations, troubleshooting, and supporting end-users across various devices and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and operating systems.
- Handle installation, configuration, and OS troubleshooting for a variety of devices.
- Manage asset inventory and ensure accurate tracking of hardware and peripherals.
- Provide application support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of software.
- Configure and support iPhones and other mobile devices.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Use ticketing tools to log and track incidents and service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLA targets.
- Understand and follow the service desk process for logging and allocating tickets.
