Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with break/fix troubleshooting, computer hardware, and printer support
  • Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, providing desktop support to end users, setting up and maintaining workstations, and ensuring smooth IT operations
  • The technician will also assist with routine maintenance and repairs, helping users with various technical issues and ensuring the timely resolution of service requests
  • Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops
  • Provide printer support, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Perform break/fix repairs and hardware upgrades
  • Respond to IT support requests and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain inventory of desktop hardware and software
