Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Help Desk 2 for a Large benefit corporation and health plan company based out of CA.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $20/hr to $25/hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).

Job Title: Help Desk 2
Location: Remote from California
Duration: 6+ Months Contract, contract to hire.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Requires at least 1 – 2 years of prior Service Desk experience in a high volume IVR based call center.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Admin Console, Azure, Service Now.
- MAC experience would be preferred but not required.
