What your future day will look like:
- Coordinate office activities to support attorneys effectively.
- Perform legal assistant duties, including scheduling hearings, preparing legal documents and correspondence, docketing cases, and maintaining court dockets and diaries.
- Interact with clients and opposing counsel as needed to effectively support attorneys and manage case-related tasks.
- Organize and analyze information, including case files, reports, charts, and other materials, while cross-checking and validating data.
- Assist attorneys with hearing preparation and handle miscellaneous projects as requested.
- Prepare written reports, business letters, and other documents, including transcribing dictation, under attorney direction.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
- Ability to pass background check
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years legal experience, preferably in defense litigation
- Experience with MS Office, Westlaw, and case management software
