Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Company: Confidential Investment Advisor
Location: Century City, Los Angeles
Pay Rate: $20-25/hour
Duration: 4 months
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including drafting documents, memos, and reports.
- Assist with office management and vendor coordination.
- Handle corporate expenses through Concur.
- Manage filing, scanning, and archiving documents.
- Coordinate internal meetings, travel, and events.
- Maintain KARMART Database and KAR intranet.
- Provide backup support for Reception and Accounts Payable/Receivable.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Visio for space planning.
- ?? Strong project coordination, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Zoom and Teams.
