Job Overview: Our client is seeking a motivated Family Law Associate to join their well-established and highly reputable family law firm in downtown Denver. This position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to further develop their skills in family law within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role offers some flexibility to work from home.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of legal experience in family law, and will be ready to handle a variety of family law cases with minimal oversight. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced partners and associates, with a strong emphasis on litigation and client representation.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in a range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support disputes.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for litigation.
Assist senior attorneys in more complex cases and handle your own caseload with increasing independence.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, and handle all aspects of litigation, from discovery to trial and appeals.
Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and effective legal strategies.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
2+ years of experience in family law.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:
$85,00-$110,000 base salary with discretionary bonuses.
