A growing food company located near Idaho Falls, ID is currently searching for a Director of Operations.

Salary range for this position is $150-175k plus 20% bonus

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Multi Plant Management experience is a huge plus

-10+ years’ experience in Food manufacturing Plant

-7+ years experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager in a food production plant running a large food plant or multiple sites

-Dehydrated foods a plus

-Travel is required

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others

-Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
