Summary
The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions to meet our clients' business needs. The Salesforce Developer will provide high quality code solutions to meet the needs of our growing business and customers. This role requires strong partnerships with product owners, business analysts, project team members and external vendors.
*This position can be based in either one of our corporate offices in Kent, WA and/or Wilsonville, OR.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other emerging technologies.
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and implement robust solutions.
- Design schemas and integrate with third-party applications including ERP.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define specifications.
- Assist in solution design based on product requirements and best practices, including Conduct code reviews, manage pull requests, and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to commerce implementations.
- Mentor and train team members as needed.
- Serve as the technical owner of the Salesforce B2B application, providing expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions
- Build and develop web services using REST, SOAP, and other Salesforce APIs to support various integration points.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from discovery to support.
- Develop automations using process builders, flows, or triggers.
- Perform data migration and integration from ERP applications.
- Configure and customize B2B Commerce solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide on-call support as needed.

Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days/hours of work vary & may include weekends & nights as necessary. Part of an on-call rotation to provide 24-hour support for the business

Required Education and Experience
- Two (2)+ Years in Salesforce specific development
- Two (2)+ Years in Salesforce configuration and administration
- Two (2)+ Years in integration of systems using web API's
- Bachelor and/or Minimum four (4) years of experience
Preferred Experience and Education
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II, B2B Commerce Developer)
- Experience with Mulesoft highly preferred
- Experience with development languages such as Java/.Net, Python and Database languages
- Experience with continuous integration (CI) and deployment (CD) tools
- Experience on integration platforms & tools like MuleSoft
- Experience with RESTful Service Architecture and API integrations
- Knowledge of cloud integration and development practices
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development technologies
Compensation
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
