Title: Project Manager / Scrum Master (Try to submit local GC/US Citizens with retail domain)
Location - Freeport, ME (few day/month onsite)

Looking for a project manager/scrum master with extensive agile, marketing data and cloud experience.
The Senior Project Manager/ Scrum Master operates with little oversight to strategize, guide, and synchronize tasks of substantial, enduring, cross-departmental infrastructure or development initiatives. This is done to guarantee that the project's aims and objectives are achieved within the set timeline and financial constraints.
Responsibilities:
Skills
• Maintains open lines of communication with stakeholders, including management, updating them on progress towards objectives; negotiates changes to the timeline and resources to ensure the project's overall quality.
• Serves as the main hub for all project-related communications.
• Utilizes the most suitable communication methods depending on the situation and urgency.
• Creates and presents content to foster comprehension and consensus among the Team and Project Sponsors (Governance structure).
Governance
• Recognizes and aids in securing a Sponsor role that operates at the suitable organizational level.
• Recognizes and aids in securing a Steering Group that supports the Sponsor and represents a cross-functional viewpoint with shared project objectives.
• Recognizes and aids in securing a Stakeholder Group that can represent and influence the project's direction and outcomes.
Management
• Works collaboratively to foster a positive relationship with vendors to guarantee successful project outcomes.
• May assist in Contract Negotiations and Non-Disclosure Agreements with vendors and oversees project outcomes. Transfers vendor contracts to the internal support owner to ensure comprehension and adherence to service level agreements.
• Monitors and maintains costs associated with vendor deliverables.
• Identifies and examines project risks to determine the most significant potential risk exposure that should be managed proactively.
• Identifies and concentrates on resolving issues and risks using suitable escalation levels considering the impact on scope, schedule, budget, or quality.
Project Specifications and Timelines
• Constructs a detailed decomposition of project tasks
• Formulates and supervises a project schedule using authorized Project Management tools (Jira, SharePoint, etc.)
• Designs, observes, and controls the project staffing blueprint and resource distribution approved by resource supervisors
• Decides on Resource Tasks with projected completion times (ETC's)
• Employs negotiation abilities to balance the accomplishment of tasks with the resources required for project triumph Competencies:
• Proficient in hands-on project management & Scrum Master roles - minimum of 5 years of experience steering complex IT initiatives.
• Expertise in leading large teams dispersed across various locations.
• Proficiency in organizing work into different streams within a substantial project and handling multiple IT projects concurrently.
• Extensive practical application of PM & Scrum tools/methods (planning, risk management, budgeting, cost control, evaluation, software/SaaS procurement/RFP, development & management of Jira board, Scrum ceremonies, etc.).
• Familiarity with vendor contracts and vendor supervision.
• Exceptional communication abilities (both verbal and written), proficiency in English language, facilitation skills, etc., and the capacity to represent work at all levels of the organization (up to Executive levels).
• Outstanding interpersonal abilities - ability to forge strong relationships, create a trusting team atmosphere, and listen & translate into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with Cloud Data Platforms
• Experience with Jira, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Comprehension of business process transformation and change management practices.
