A healthcare network in Colorado is actively seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team in Denver.

About the opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Part Time or Full Time)
• Hours: 8am to 5pm
• Patient Population: Seniors (Ages 65+)

Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for;

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
• Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visit
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers; conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Primary Care experience
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado
• Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
