Pediatric Hospitalist Physician Locums Job in Colorado Start as Soon as Credentialed for Full Time Coverage for a Year

Schedule needed:
Coverage needed for: January 20, 2025 - January 20, 2026
24 hour call (7am-7am)

Job Requirements:
Board Certified Pediatrics - Required, unable to accept BE candidates at this time
Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
Active PALS - Required for credentialing
Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
Candidates must detail specific dates provider is available to help cover Jan-June 2025 to be considered - Required
Candidates must disclose # of shifts per month ongoing they can offer to the team - Required
Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
Clean Malpractice/background - Highly Preferred, candidates that include a self inquiry NPDB report at time of presentation will be considered with priority.

Job Details:
Setting: Inpatient
Duties: New born care, Level 1 Nursery, Offsite call coverage with 30 minute response time or less, approximately 30 deliveries per month.
Required Procedures: Circumcision & PALS
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: Lab tech, X-ray tech, & RN
Reason for Coverage: Current provider no longer available
