Client Services Representative


Are you a Client Services professional with experience managing the full Financial Services institutional client lifecycle? Do you have expertise with building client relationships and acting as a customer advocate?

Please note this is an onsite position at the client’s Chicago office.


As a Client Services Representative , you will:

  • Guide institutional clients through the onboarding process
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing communication and inquiries.
  • Act as client advocate as well as a liaison between the client and internal sales, operations, compliance, and product teams to ensure client expectations are met and service enhancements requests are communicated effectively.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years Financial Industry experience.
  • Experience with managing the process of opening and onboarding institutional accounts while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a client-centric approach to resolving issues.
  • Please note this is an onsite position working at the client’s Chicago office.
