Job Description: - As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgical teams before, during, and after surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include preparing the operating room, arranging surgical equipment, and ensuring a sterile environment.
- Assists in selecting supplies and equipment for surgical procedures.
- Responsible for securing instruments, supplies and equipment needed for the surgical procedure.
- Opens sterile packages using sterile technique.

Required :
-CST
-BLS
-Experience in ortho total joint replacement, Da Vinci, GYN, general & urology
- 1 year of experience
Preferred : *Acute care experience preferred*
Education: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Graduate of an accredited surgical technologists program or extensive experience as a surgical technologist, such as is usually obtained in approximately 10 years.
Certification and Licensure: CST-Certified Surgical Technologist
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
Preferred Experience as Typically acquired in: - Acute care experience preferred.
Skills and Knowledge: - Must have demonstrated knowledge of effective English written and communication add basic computer proficiency skills.
- Requires critical thinking skill, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a ever-changing environment and respond appropriately to complex situations.
