Job Description ECU Health About ECU Health Beaufort Hospital, a campus of ECU Health Medical Center ECU Health Beaufort Hospital serves as a campus of ECU Health Medical Center. The 142-bed full-service hospital is located in Washington and has earned national designation as a Primary Stroke Center. It is home to a 16-bed emergency department that serves approximately 25,000 patients per year, as well as the Marion L. Shepard Cancer Center - a provider of leading-edge chemotherapy and radiation therapy, among other cancer services. ECU Health Beaufort also offers general medical and surgical services, operative services, a women's birthing center, rehabilitation services and outpatient clinics.
Position Summary $7,500 Sign-On bonus for eligible candidates A Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist is a CT Professional that is qualified by professional credentialing and academic and clinical experience to provide diagnostic patient care services using CT and related diagnostic CT procedures. The scope of practice of the CT Technologist includes those procedures, acts and processes permitted by law, for which the individual has received education and clinical experience, has demonstrated competency, and has completed the appropriate ARRT (R)(CT) registry(s) which is the standard of practice in Radiology.
Minimum Requirements - High school or equivalent (or higher)
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Current ARRT (CT) or registry eligible and must pass CT registry test within 12 months of hire.

Clinical Ladder Other Information - Primary Shift: Evening
- 2:30pm - 11:00pm
- Rotating weekends and call rotation

- IMPORTANT: This position is listed as Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist III, but based on the minimum requirements that are met, the candidate of choice will be hired as a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist I, II, III or IV.
